Damascus, SANA- Meeting the Minister of Information, Dr. Boutros al-Hallaq on Wednesday, Iraqi Chargé d’Affairs  in Damascus, Yassin Sharif Al Hujaimi affirmed the continued support of Iraq for Syria to overcome the repercussions of the devastating earthquake. Al Hujaimi conveyed the condolences of the Iraqi government and people to the families of the quake-victims, referring to his country’s immediate relief response by sending humanitarian assistance planes to give aid to those affected by the earthquake. Minister al-Hallaq, for his part, expressed appreciation to the Iraq government and its people for their honorable support, asserting that the cooperation binding the two brotherly count
