Republican Yemen A Houthi-controlled court sentenced on Friday 5 people to death and 6 others to 12 years in prison, bringing the total of people with the death penalty in the last two months to 35. According to Attorney Abdul Majeed Sabra, the specialized primary court in Sanaa issued its ruling in the case of the detainee Hammoud Al -Qushaibi, and others, and refused to accept the defenses submitted by the lawyer of the aforementioned detainees. The ruling stipulated that the detainees be punished, Mujahid Hassan Al -Qara, Omar Abdul Rahman Al -Zumar, Azi Saifan, Fadel Al -Hamidi and Hamir Muhammad Rajeh, to death. The court also sentenced Hammoud Ahmed Muhammad Al -Qushaibi, Osama Al Hate
