Israeli forces wounded and arrested a Palestinian near Ramallah on Monday after he rammed his car at an Israeli female soldier. The soldier was "seriously wounded" according to Israeli media.   The Palestinian, who has not been yet identified, drove a car at the Mukhmas junction, between Ramallah and Jerusalem, where he then allegedly rammed the female officer.   Video footage taken at the location shows an Israeli officer breaking the window of a car with the back of a rifle.
