Au Gabon, l'affaire judiciaire entre le notaire Alfred Bongo - l'un des fils de l'ex-président Omar Bongo - et le groupe BGFIBank se poursuit. En juin 2015, le notaire constate qu’une somme de plus d'un milliard de FCFA a été transférée de son compte vers un autre compte inconnu. N'ayant pas obtenu d'explications auprès de la banque, il engage une procédure judiciaire. Sept ans après, la justice a rendu, il y a trois mois, une décision en faveur du notaire, demandant à la banque un remboursement de la somme disparue.
