Texas A&M University at Qatar (Tamuq), a Qatar Foundation partner, presented the Texas A&M University Association of Former Students (AFS) for distinguished achievements in teaching award to Dr Bilal Mansoor, director of the Centre for Teaching and Learning and a mechanical engineering faculty member.
