COLOMBO: Sri Lanka has made good progress in the negotiations with the International Monetary Fund (IMF), Governor of the Central Bank of Sri Lanka (CBSL) Nandalal Weerasinghe said here on Tuesday night.“I can announce that we have made good progress in the negotiations with the IMF.
