HE the Deputy Speaker of the Shura Council Dr Hamda bint Hassan al-Sulaiti underlined the position of Qatar aimed at settling disputes and conflicts by peaceful means and through active participation in multilateral international action, in order to achieve peace, security, stability and development for the benefit of the peoples of the world.
