The General Authority of Customs (GAC) received a delegation from the General Secretariat of the Gulf Co-operation Council (GCC) during July 27-29, to review the readiness of the unified customs requirements and standards at the customs points, as part of completing the final requirements for the GCC Customs Union. The delegation met Mohamed Ahmed al-Mohannadi, assistant chairman of GAC, who listened to the explanation of the delegation about the objectives of the visit and the importance of the future strategy of the customs information centre project.
