There were no tickets sold with all six numbers in the latest drawing of the multi-state Mega Millions lottery, pushing the estimated jackpot for Tuesday’s drawing to $326 million.
There were three tickets sold with five numbers, but missing the Mega Ball. The one sold in Georgia is worth $2 million, the one sold in Washington is $3 million, and the one in New Jersey is $4 million, according to the Mega Millions Consortium, which conducts the game.
The different figures stem from the random multiplier included with every purchase.
This was the first time since the new version of the Mega Millions game began in April that a drawing has produced three Match 5 winning tickets.
The numbers drawn Friday were 26, 49, 58, 61, 63, and the Mega Ball was 9. The estimated jackpot was $302 million.
The drawing was the 18th since the last time a ticket with all six numbers was sold.
The odds of matching all five numbers and the Mega Ball are 1 in 290,472,336, according to the Mega Millions Consortium. The overall chance of winning a prize is 1 in 23.
The Mega Millions game is played in 45 states, the District of Columbia, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
