The trio was spotted earlier this week at the Lobster Club in Puerto Portals, Calvià, where they enjoyed a relaxing lunch at the exclusive venue. The women have been reportedly traveling in Spain over the past few days.
Joining the family was James Costos, former U.S. ambassador to Spain, and his partner, Michael Smith, the Obamas’ longtime interior designer. Though former President Barack Obama wasn’t with them, Michelle recently gave some insight into her marriage during a recent appearance on Amy Poehler's Good Hang podcast. She shared a lighthearted rule that she and Barack, 63, have kept for years: “I can tease you, but you cannot tease me.”
Michelle also revealed that her daughters love to join in on the fun when it comes to teasing their dad. "When me, Malia, and Sasha are all together, he doesn’t stand a chance," she joked. "We mercilessly go after him."
But it’s all love for Barack. Michelle took to Instagram to celebrate her husband on Father’s Day on Sunday, June 15, sharing a throwback photo of their daughters sitting on their laps. “@BarackObama has always been there for us no matter what — even when it felt like the weight of the world was on his shoulders. We’ve always been so grateful. To Barack and all the dads and father-figures celebrating today, Happy Father’s Day! ❤️,” she wrote in the caption.
