THE New England Patriots have made a big decision over the future of Stefon Diggs.
Wide receiver Diggs went viral last week after a video of him partying on a yacht.

New England Patriots coach Mike Vrabel told reporters he was aware of the clip.
He urged Diggs to “make great decision on and off the field” in a clear message.
Diggs reported to the team’s voluntary OTAs after the incident, which also involved his girlfriend Cardi B.
And NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport delivered an update from the Patriots’ point of view.
“OTAs are not mandatory, we know that,” Rapoport said.
“Stefon Diggs showing up felt about as mandatory as it could be.
“Mike Vrabel addressed this last week, said he was aware of the viral video and talks to his players every day.
“They want their players to make sound decisions.
“Him showing up, him getting in line, him expressing what he needed to express to the team right to their faces was all a very good thing.
“My understanding is the team does not intend to cut Stefon Diggs.”
Diggs is coming off a torn ACL which cut short his only season with the Houston Texans.
The New England Patriots took a chance on the 31-year-old receiver.
They offered a three-year deal worth $63.5 million.
But a lot of that money is contingent on Diggs passing a physical.

“They intend to pay him a lot of money,” Rapoport added.
“Especially after he passes a physical from his ACL recovery and he does seem to be on track.
“This is a player they want to keep, they want to be making plays for them.
“That’s why they signed him in free agency to such fanfare.”
Rapoport concluded, “Just got to be better and this was a step in the right direction for Diggs and something the Patriots welcome.”
