The 15-year-old was taken to the hospital with life-threatening injuries and died shortly after arriving, according to the APD, who said the 20-year-old was treated for her injuries and is expected to survive.

The circumstances of the shooting remain under investigation, but the APD says detectives believe it was an isolated incident.

Investigators also learned early this morning about a juvenile third victim who the APD said sustained a graze wound in the shooting.

There is no suspect information at this time and no arrests have been made, the APD says. Anyone with information about the incident is asked to contact the APD through Metro Denver Crime Stoppers.

The 15-year-old will be identified by the Arapahoe County Coroner's Office.
