Patrick Cantlay can complete hat-trick
Patrick Cantlay is a two-time winner at Muirfield Village and he’s worth backing at 22/1 with Betfair (6 Places) to complete the hat-trick.
The American has once again disappointed in the majors this year – 36th Masters, missed cut at the US PGA – but he’s played plenty of good golf elsewhere on the PGA Tour.
Cantlay posted two top fives in his first four starts of 2025 (The Sentry and the Genesis Invitational) while prior to his early exit in the US PGA at Quail Hollow he was fourth in the Truist Championship.
At Muirfield Village he walks taller than at any other venue.
Cantlay won the event in 2019 and 2021 while he’s also placed third, fourth and seventh in his nine starts at Jack’s place.
Scottie Scheffler may prove hard to stop, but if anyone can at this course it’s Cantlay.

Keegan Bradley to beat Russell Henley in match bet
US Ryder Cup captain Keegan Bradley could well qualify as a player for September’s showdown with the Europeans.
And that outcome could become even more likely this week as Bradley heads to Muirfield Village in fine form.
Bradley was eighth in the US PGA last time and his Strokes Gained: Tee-To-Green stats – the best pointer to success in this event – have been superb in the last couple of months.
He’s made five of his last six cuts at Muirfield Village and his record includes a pair of eighths.
Back him at even money with bet365 to beat Russell Henley in a 72-hole match bet.
Henley was in excellent form in the first few months of the season but he’s cooled since and missed the US PGA cut with laps of 77-75.
His course form offers encouragement but on such a tough track I want a player with lots of current form and Bradley holds the edge.

Robert MacIntyre for Top 10
This is Robert MacIntyre’s tournament debut but his recent play suggests he can make it one to remember.
The Scot, who won the Canadian Open this time last year, has three top 10s in his last eight starts, including sixth at Colonial last week, and he can bank another at 5/1 with BetMGM.
