During the meeting in the Oval Office, Trump showed what appeared to be newspaper reports showing what he said were the deaths of white farmers in South Africa.
While not as heated as his infamous clash with Volodymyr Zelensky, the exchange is yet another high profile moment of Trump’s second tenure.
Ramaphosa said he wanted to talk about critical minerals and trade in order spark growth in his country’s economy.

Trump said the video showed the graves of thousands of white farmers. Ramaphosa said he had not seen that before, and that he would like to find out what the location was.
Trump then displayed printed copies of articles that he said showed white South Africans who had been killed, saying “death, death” as he flipped through them.
Ramaphosa responded: “These are concerns we are willing to talk to you about.”
A Qatari jet
The Trump administration accepted a Boeing 747 jet from the Qatari government during last week’s tour of the Middle East. Trump has reportedly directed the air force to assess whether the jet can be quickly upgraded to use as the new Air Force One.
“They’re giving the US air force a jet and it’s a great thing.
Later he added, pointing at the reporter: “His name is Peter something, he’s terrible.”
Better if it were the G8 with Russia

After praising the two golfers in attendance again, Trump is then asked about the importance of America’s presence at the G20.
“It used to be the G8, but brilliantly they threw Russia out. It would’ve been a lot better if Russia were in,” he said.
“It’s important the United States is in both of them. Without the US it’s not very important.”
