ELEVEN inmates broke out of jail via a hole in their cell and 10 are still on the run.
The shocking escape by a double murderer and other violent inmates has triggered a full lockdown at the Orleans Parish Justice Center.

One was recaptured after fleeing to the French Quarter but 10 are still at large, sparking a massive manhunt.
Sources told WDSU the prisoners escaped through a hole in their cell, possibly beneath a toilet, to get out of the jail.
Security expert Mike Cahn said the breakout would have taken time and planning.
Police are now whisking the inmates’ victims and families to safety as they scour the city for the violent offenders.
Several of the escapees face second-degree murder charges.
Officials warned all should be considered “armed and dangerous.”
