And with leaks starting to come out ahead of the schedule being confirmed, here’s all the latest on who the Chiefs are set to be taking on in 2025…
Chiefs’ 2025 NFL Schedule
The NFL will release the full regular-season schedule tonight at 8pm ET / 5pm PT, which is 1am on Thursday morning in the UK.
Nothing will be completely confirmed until that time, however, the Chiefs have already found out some of their games for the new campaign.
Six of Mahomes and co’s games have already been found out and there will likely be some more leaked heading into the official release.
Earlier this month, the Chiefs were confirmed to face the Los Angeles Chargers in Sao Paulo on September 5 as part of the NFL’s biggest ever international slate.
The NFL then announced that they will be taking part in a huge Thanksgiving showdown on November 27 against the Dallas Cowboys.
The Chiefs also know that they’ll be playing on Christmas Day too, revealing yesterday that they will take on the Denver Broncos at Arrowhead Stadium.
They are set to become the first team since 2016 to play on both Thanksgiving and Christmas in the same season.

A Super Bowl LIX rematch is reported to be taking place on Week 2 of the 2025 season as the Eagles make the trip to Kansas City.
Week 3 will then reportedly see the Chiefs travel to New York to face the Giants before Week 5 is said to put KC up against the Jacksonville Jaguars.
Every single game will be officially revealed later this evening, but these six have already been added to many fans’ calendars.
Starting the NFL season in Brazil makes it an international spectacle, but Chiefs star Travis Kelce has vented his frustration at the schedule.
Speaking on his ‘New Heights’ podcast about having to play the Cowboys in Sao Paulo, Kelco said: “I’ll be there, not to do a podcast. I’ll be playing football in the ******* heat.”

“I’ve been in Jacksonville in September, that’s ******* miserable.

“But I am going to find a way to get a win.”
