Carter Bryant made clear Wednesday he will not return to the Arizona Wildcats and is “completely in” to the 2025 NBA Draft process, according to ESPN’s Jeff Borzello.
The Wildcats had left a role open for Bryant if he were to opt for a college return, but 247 Sports’ Jason Scheer added that Bryant heard feedback that he is not likely to slip past the No. 12 pick.
Bryant’s limited role at Arizona has not appeared to hurt his status as a potential lottery pick.

Where do the latest big boards project Arizona's Carter Bryant, Caleb Love?
NBA teams will view him as a 3-and-D prospect who already has the frame to hold up against bigger forwards.
Offensively, his 46% shooting and 37% accuracy from three on 2.8 attempts in just 19.3 minutes per game indicate Bryant will be capable of playing as spot-up shooter from the get-go as he develops his overall game.
While his creation skills aren’t there after a single year in college, Bryant did show solid passing instincts. Playing within himself on offense was a stretch, though his efforts on defense led to foul trouble from time to time.
Bryant averaged 6.5 points, 4.1 rebounds and a block per game in 2024-25, coming off the bench for Tommy Lloyd’s team in all but five of his 37 outings.
He measured out Monday at 6 feet, 6.5 inches in shoes and 214.8 pounds.
The forward stood out in the max vertical, jumping 39.5 inches.
Here’s what his stock is looking like from a sample of mock drafts updated this week.
