SAN JOSE — Eight teens, including seven minors, have been arrested after allegedly boxing in a motorist and carjacking them near Communications Hill earlier this year, police said.
The attack was reported just after 1 a.m. the morning of Jan. 12, when police officers responded to a carjacking call near Sandpebble and Vistapark drives, according to San Jose police. An investigation determined that a man was approached by several male suspects “who utilized their vehicles to trap the victim.”
