That’s why these Banana Pudding Bites are pure gold. These were shared by Maegan Brown, known as The Baker Mama (@thebakermama), and I knew they were going to be amazing!
Her Banana Pudding Bites are quick to assemble, totally no-bake and give all the comfort of classic banana pudding in a cute, single-serve bite. They remind me of potlucks growing up, but they're way easier to put together than a classic banana pudding.

These are best made just before serving or served within a couple of hours. The bananas stay fresh, the wafers stay crisp and the pudding doesn't soak through. They’re perfect for everything from school parties and baby showers to backyard barbecues.
A Few Tips for Making Banana Pudding Bites
These are grab-and-go bites, which means fewer dishes and easier cleanup. From start to finish, you can whip these up in less than 15 minutes and they are easy to transport. Just assemble them on a tray, cover with plastic wrap and go!
Use a piping bag or zip-top bag to make it easier. Snip off one corner and pipe the pudding and whipped cream neatly for a cleaner, more polished look. You can also use canned whipped cream, of course.
You can also use strawberry pudding for a fruity twist and gluten-free vanilla wafers to make this treat allergy-friendly.
