"We are now trying an appetite stimulant and an anti-diarrhetic to try to get him to eat and settle his tummy. He has never been like this before so I am really, really I stressed," Zegler said on her Instagram Stories.
Hours later, Zegler rushed Lenny to the ER where he underwent a variety of tests, including a GI tract ultrasound and bloodwork.

"He has colitis," she shared. It seems Lenny started getting back to normal after getting some fluids.
"This dog is my entire life and the mere thought of him feeling anything less than wonderful just destroys me - it's been comforting to read how not alone i am in that feeling thru all of your helpful DMs. Whether you suggested pumpkin, a second opinion, reike, or simply offered a prayer for the little man, thank you from the bottom of my heart!!!" she added.
"You came to me in a time where i desperately needed love without conditions or apprehensions, and you’ve given me what i consider to be the best version of being alive. i love you so much," the West Side Story star captioned an Instagram post in March 2024 in honor of Lenny's second birthday.
