BILL Belichick has reportedly failed to please those in the University of North Carolina program.
Concerngs over the New England Patriots icon’s first-year as the UNC head coach comes after his 24-year-old girlfriend Jordon Hudson was spotted at the school’s practice recently.

The 73-year-old, six-time Super Bowl world champion head coach has failed to be liked by people inside the UNC building.
“From rumblings I heard, and this is not recent, and this is a month or two ago, they’re not loving the Bill Belichick experience if you’re an everyday employee down there, which is probably what a lot of the people here in 2000 felt when Bill came aboard and said, “I don’t know if I like this.’ It’s uncomfortable,” Curran said Thursday on Boston’s WEEI Afternoons.
Curran’s report comes as a recent article from The Athletic revealed numerous concerns about Belichick’s early tenure with North Carolina.
The reporter highlighted how the article noted how Belichick and his coaches have been closed off with the media, and have often avoided media interviews, not including in-house content.
Another Belichick concern from The Athletic is an emphasis on pro development, as Curran referenced Mandel writing that general manager Michael Lombardi shared the program believes itself to be almost like a 33rd NFL team.
UNC has gotten visits from former Patriots Super Bowl champions David Andrews and Rob Ninkovich.
But Curran didn’t mention that Mandel also brought up the polarizing presence of Belichick’s girlfriend, Hudson, who is 49 years his junior.
Hudson recently posted an image of herself at the UNC facility alongside Belichick and rapper Lil Wayne.
Belichick has asked for emails for him to CC his former cheerleader girlfriend, Hudson.
The Athletic also revealed how she recently emailed the school about how it presented son and defensive coordinator Steve Belichick, as well as concerns about message board comments concerning her boyfriend.
“Is there anyone monitoring the UNC Football page for slanderous commentary and subsequently deleting it / blocking users that are harassing BB in the comments?” Hudson wrote in a February 13 email.
Nonetheless, Belichick’s run with the program is still very much young, and he hasn’t turned off recruits.
UNC has the No. 12 recruiting class for 2026, according to 247 Sports.
The downsides of having a massive age gap relationship

Dr. Mann claimed it might initially feel exciting when one partner is much younger than the other, like Bill Belichick, 72, and Jordon Hudson, 24, who share a whopping 48-year age difference.
“When people get older, they might just think it is refreshing that a young woman is looking at them adoringly and is attracted to them and is interested in him,” Dr. Mann told The U.S. Sun.
“[But] there is a huge gap in life experience — in just years on this planet, in the way that helps us to evolve, develop, and mature.”
“Even the most mature young person, when there is a 40-year age gap, the older people are incredibly immature.
“You’re not meeting in the middle regarding development and life experience.”
Dr. Mann said one common consideration for older male partners would be the younger female wanting a father figure.
“Usually, younger women are drawn to much older men because of unresolved issues with their fathers,” Dr. Mann added.
“This could be a lack of attention, love, someone not being there, or even someone being in the household but not being present the way she might wish he was.”
Dr. Mann noted that sexual and intimacy issues might begin to be at play, given the older partner may not have as much energy.
What’s more, for older men, “it becomes more difficult typically to get and maintain an erection,” she said.
“There are problems related to sexual performance, which can create other risks when it comes to taking medication for sexual performance.”
Socially, Dr. Mann suggested that issues may arise between a couple when they mix with friends from different generations.
“In this case, if they’re hanging with Bill’s friends in their seventies or even sixties and fifties, a 24-year-old woman at that table will likely struggle to find common ground socially,” she said.

However, the Tar Heels’ recruiting class rank could change as plenty of teams have yet to fill out their classes.
UNC will begin its season at home against TCU on September 1.
The future NFL Hall of Famer Belichick will hope to improve a program that went 6-7 last season.
