'Top Chef's' Padma Lakshmi Returns to TV For New Cooking Competition Show ...Saudi Arabia

The show is called America's Culinary Cup, and Lakshmi is not only the host but also the creator and co-executive producer alongside Susan Rovner. Rovner is the former NBCUniversal content chief. The companies behind the show will be Lakshmi's Delicious Entertainment and Rovner's Aha Studios.

America's Culinary Cup will "feature an invitation-only cast of the nation’s most decorated chefs as they embark on a one-of-a-kind competition designed to challenge their creativity, endurance, presentation, leadership and more."

Between her work on Top Chef and Taste the Nation with Padma Lakshmi, the TV host has earned 16 Emmy nominations.

There is no further information regarding the prize, contestants or premiere date for America's Culinary Cup, but the show will debut as part of CBS' 2025-26 television slate.
