Tim David played a quickfire 37 runs off 22 deliveries during RCB's recent IPL match against Delhi Capitals (DC) in Bengaluru on Thursday, April 10. The home team posted a total just above 160. However, the score wasn’t enough, as Delhi Capitals chased down the 164-run target with over two overs to spare.

Tim David's Knock Helps RCB Cross 160-Run Mark

Royal Challengers Bengaluru started aggressively after being asked to bat first at the M. Chinnaswamy Stadium. They scored 53 runs without loss in just three overs. The Delhi-based team lost early wickets — Faf du Plessis (2), Jake Fraser-McGurk (7), Abishek Porel (7), and captain Axar Patel (15)—but KL Rahul anchored the chase with an unbeaten 93 off 53 balls.
