11 weeks later, Everton are only have eyes up the table rather than down, having opened up a 17 point gap between themselves and the relegation zone, level on points with Tottenham and just three behind Manchester United.
The Merseyside club are unbeaten in their last four away games in all competitions and have lost just one of their last seven, however, they have only won three away games all season, though two of those have come in their last four games.
Everton are unbeaten in their last two Merseyside derbies, but that Reds had won four of the five previous meetings between the two Liverpool-based clubs.
Everton have only won once at Anfield since the turn of the century, spanning 27 meetings, and have lost on seven of their last visits to Liverpool’s home stadium.
