ICC Champions Trophy didn’t take place. The rain at Rawalpindi continued as the game was abandoned without the toss taking place. Now former Indian cricketer Mohammad Kaif has questioned the PCB whether they had properly used ICC’s funding in the development of the grounds.
Mohammad Kaif was extremely frustrated after seeing that despite heavy rain the entire ground wasn’t covered. Instead, only the pitch and the surrounding areas were covered. This prompted Kaif to take to social media to post whether the ICC’s funds were used appropriately or not.
