The Kansas City Chiefs ground game relies heavily on two-time Super Bowl champion running back Isiah Pacheco. How much did Pacheco make for the 2024 season?
According to Spotrac, his base salary for 2024 was $985,000. Pacheco wasn’t paid any bonuses. His cap hit was a paltry $1,004,777, making only a small dent in the Chiefs’ cap space.
Pacheco took a couple of hits to his pocketbook due to expensive NFL fines, despite his appearances being limited due to a broken leg which kept him on injured reserve in Weeks 3-12.
He was fined $5,582 in September for impermissible use of the helmet and was flagged again for the same offense in December, for which he was fined an additional $45,020.
While the leg injury threatened his season and cast a shadow on expectations for the postseason, Pacheco was able to bounce back in time to aid Kansas City in the regular season and push the franchise to a third consecutive Super Bowl appearance.
