Neuman Commercial Group LLC helped arrange the sale of Midtown Marketplace for $5.8 million. The 39,000-square-foot shopping center is located at 2008 Maryland Avenue.
Anchored by a Save-A-Lot grocery that has been there since construction in 1998, the center was 100% occupied at the time of the sale. Tenants also included Advance Auto and Dunkin Donuts.
Neuman Commercial Group led by Principal Gil Neuman exclusively represented the seller and original owner, Klein Enterprises, and procured the buyer, a New York based private investor.
Midtown Marketplace serves 47,000 residents within a one-mile radius, and 284,000 within three miles. It is less than a half mile from Baltimore’s Penn Station, the eighth busiest train station in the U.S., where a multimillion-dollar historical renovation is now adding one million square feet of new office and retail.
