Now that we have a solidified final draft order following the big Eagles win, we can do the first “official” mock without guessing on some of the positioning of the playoff teams.
2025 NFL Mock Draft 3.01. Tennessee Titans
Cam Ward, QB, Miami
For all the talk about this QB class being poor (it is compared to other years), Ward is still a big, sturdy QB with a big arm and a grasp of the offense, both pre-snap and in his reads. He’s a playmaker, and it seems like most of his weaknesses can be ironed out by the right coaching staff. There are good cases here to go after Abdul Carter or Mason Graham, but sometimes the allure of a quarterback is too much.
2. Cleveland Browns
Abdul Carter, Edge, Penn State
Maybe the next game wrecker coming into the league; he certainly should be favored to win defensive rookie of the year once the odds are set this summer. With the possible loss of Myles Garrett, this seems to fit perfectly.
3. New York Giants
Mason Graham, DT, Michigan
He’s another young defensive lineman who could step in immediately and make a big difference for whoever drafts him this April.
4. New England Patriots
Will Campbell, OT, LSU
A few ways to go with this pick, but considering the promise that young Drake Maye has shown, the Patriots should be rebuilding this line via free agency AND the draft. Keeping their signal caller upright and on the right trajectory in his learning curve will be massive for this ongoing rebuild in New England.
5. Jacksonville Jaguars
Travis Hunter, CB Colorado
Another team with needs all over and maybe they get lucky and find someone you can help with multiple needs falling right into their lap. It’s no secret that Hunter is a massive talent all over the field, we’ll just have to see how that translates in the NFL. New head coach Liam Coen is a nice match for this young two-way star.
6. Las Vegas Raiders
Tetairoa McMillan, WR, Arizona
While they have been linked to Sam Darnold a bit, I could see a scenario similar to Minnesota’s last year where they still end up drafting a QB. Obviously, this is a bit more expensive after Darnold’s 2024 season, but with the current QB room, they have to have a few options this year. If they don’t like the options available, I would think getting help for the offense should continue to be a priority.
7. New York Jets
Malaki Starks, S, Georgia
The only knock on this guy is that he plays a non-premium position. Safety is usually regarded as being lower on the hierarchy of positional value rankings, but Starks may be able to transcend that. He’s looking like the full package for any team trying to emulate what the Eagles did and immediately upgrade a secondary. He’s elite in zone coverage, can play and cover all over the field, read the offense well and is a massive plus in run coverage as well.
8. Carolina Panthers
Ashton Jeanty, RB, Boise State
All the stuff I said about Starks being a safety, but for Jeanty being a running back. Unless you lived under a rock last fall, you should have seen some of his highlights and gaudy numbers. The Panthers have needs all over the place, but with the QB position starting to look like they have a guy, I’d love to see him paired with a true-blue star playmaker.

Shadeur Sanders, QB, Colorado
Maybe not going into the draft thinking QB until late, but if Sanders does fall this far, it makes the idea of another rookie passer on the team. We’ll have to see how the Derek Carr saga unfolds, but it’s clear that Rattler and Haener aren’t going to be good enough as replacements.
10. Chicago Bears
Josh Simmons, OT, Ohio State
Definitely, a spot where I (and everyone else doing mock drafts) think the Bears need to take an offensive lineman to help shore things up in front of Caleb Williams.
11. San Francisco 49ers
Will Johnson, CB, Michigan
Tough to get a read on a team that’s usually drafting further back in the order, but with some big free agents possibly on the way out, CB seems like a need.
12. Dallas Cowboys
Benjamin Morrison, CB, Notre Dame
Hard to pass on some of these top defenders. Micah Parsons’ status obviously changes the team needs a bit, but for now some help for the secondary.
13. Miami Dolphins
Shemar Stewart, Edge, Texas A&M
There were some injuries, but this pass rush lacked bite for larger stretches of the season.
14. Indianapolis Colts
Shavon Revel Jr, CB, East Carolina
Another team with plenty of defensive injuries that made it seem worse; they still haven’t gotten the right combination of defensive backs here, especially on the outside.
15. Atlanta Falcons
Walter Nolan, DT, Mississippi
They’ll probably do whatever the opposite of this is because it’s the Falcons, but I don’t see how they won’t draft defense this year.
16. Arizona Cardinals
Trey Amos, CB Mississippi
Needs all over the defense, with pass rush and coverage obviously the biggest. Drafting a strong outside corner feels right.
17. Cincinnati Bengals
Luther Burden III, WR, Missouri
This is a fun one to think about with the likely exit of Tee Higgins. Not just an instant replacement, but someone that has the makings of a true superstar right off the bat.

James Pearce, Jr., Edge, Tennessee
I think the Seattle draft pick needs to be in the trenches, either sorting out the mistakes of the past few years on the offensive line or building up the pass rush.
19. Tampa Bay Buccaneers
Armand Membou, OT, Missouri
Even though he’s a bit short (relatively), he’s still a physical freak and went up against a meatgrinder of a schedule of opposing pass rushes.
20. Denver Broncos
Tyler Warren, TE, Penn State
A weapon for Bo Nix sounds good, especially since tight ends tend to drop a bit, even after we’ve seen some elite ones over the past few years.
21. Pittsburgh Steelers
Josh Conerly, Jr., OT, Oregon
Usually the most telegraphed pick in the draft, the Steelers are in a weird spot at quarterback and may be looking at Milroe or Dart since they draft in the back half after making the playoffs. Still, I think cooler heads may prevail and get some help up front.
22. Los Angeles Chargers
Colston Loveland, TE, Michigan
A natural pass-catcher who is still growing into his massive frame, he should be a day-one starter on the Chargers’ offense.
23. Green Bay Packers
Nic Scourton, Edge, Texas A&M
The defense was better under new management last year, but still needs some help in the pass rush department.
24. Minnesota Vikings
Jack Sawyer, Edge, Ohio State
Maybe a day two guy, but a high-motor, high-intelligence guy that I like fitting in with Brian Flores’ amorphous schemes up front.
25. Houston Texans
Jahdae Barron, CB, Texas
Another guy I almost mocked to the Vikings (and maybe I will next week) who can do it all when asked. So many of the evaluations on him use the same two words: adaptable and versatile.
26. Los Angeles Rams
Cameron Williams, OT, Texas
Maybe someone who would bump inside with his raw power. He’s certainly big enough to play tackle in the NFL and once he improves his pass rush blocking skills could be a starter at either guard or outside.

Emeka Egbuka, WR, Ohio State
A kid with great hands and an innate ability to make plays with the ball in his hands, he could turn into an elite slot receiver in the NFL and is worth a look for teams needing help in the passing game.
28. Detroit Lions
Mike Green, Edge, Marshall
Maybe he’s a little undersized, but he’s shown to be an elite pass rusher and you can always put a little muscle on in the gym this summer.
29. Washington Commanders
Jalon Walker, LB, Georgia
An explosive pass rusher with a super high ceiling. Drafting the Butkus Award winner just in case the Commanders don’t magically trade for Myles Garrett.
30. Buffalo Bills
Tyleik Williams, DT, Ohio State
Someone who impressed the past two years as a big-time run-stopper up front for the Buckeyes.
31. Kansas City Chiefs
Kelvin Banks, Jr., OT, Texas
Lots went wrong in the Super Bowl, but nothing as apparent as the Eagles’ pass rush beating the brakes off of the tackles every time Mahomes dropped back.
32. Philadelphia Eagles
Mykel Williams, Edge, Georgia
Who knows, but with some turnover up front, why not pencil in another Georgia defender, for the brand.
