If you had a cup of particularly good chili amid the arctic freeze this past weekend, you may want to keep the recipe at hand.
The DJ Basin Chapter of the Colorado Oil and Gas Association hosts the 32nd Annual Great Chili Cook Off in March.
The cook-off begins 5 p.m. Saturday, March 1 inside the Island Grove Events Center, 501 N. 14th Ave., Greeley.
Team registration is open and ends on Wednesday, Feb. 26. The team entry fee is $300.
Tickets to attend are $10 and can be purchased in advance or at the door.
There will be door prizes along with awards for various chili categories.
