Australia National Cricket Team is all set to lock horns with Sri Lanka National Cricket Team in the two-match Test series. The series between the teams will begin on 29th January, followed by the second game of the series to be played on 6th February. Both the games will be played at the Galle International Stadium in Galle.
Smith injured his right arm while throwing in the field for Sydney Sixers in their washed-out match against Sydney Thunder on Friday. He looked in pain and things at first sight weren't good for him as he walked off the field, raising tensions forthe Australia team.
Recently, Cricket Australia also stated Steve Smith, saying that they are hopeful that the batter will recover and will be joining the team soon. But there isn't any surety about if he will be playing the series and recovering in time for the series.
