Presidential decree endorses 8th amendment of Egyptian-US aid deal on higher education ...Egypt

President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi issued decree no 319 of 2024 endorsing the eighth amendment of an assistance agreement between Egypt and the US concerning the Egyptian-US higher education initiative. The House of Representatives approved the decree’s draft on October 8, 2024. The decree was published in the official gazette on Thursday.
