How to Make Kladdkaka (Swedish Sticky Chocolate Cake) 

You start by browning butter, which is a very good place to start, if you ask us. Next, dump in some cocoa powder and brown sugar in the pan with the brown butter and whisk the mixture until it's smooth. Transfer the chocolate mixture to a bowl to cool.
