SAN FRANCISCO (KRON) -- A homeless woman who allegedly terrorized mothers and their young children in San Francisco's parks for years has been charged with child endangerment, prosecutors announced. Kim Andrews, 37, of San Francisco, will be arraigned at the Hall of Justice on Tuesday afternoon. The charges stem from a disturbing incident in Golden Gate Park that happened around 5 p.m. on July 19, 2024.
