Road reopens after water main break on busy road near Uptown ...Middle East

CHARLOTTE (QUEEN CITY NEWS) - A water main break on a busy roadway near uptown Charlotte was impeding traffic Monday morning. Officials with Charlotte Water said the incident occurred along North Tryon Street and that repairs are ongoing. Water outages are in effect in the area and are expected to last 4-6 hours. The cause of the break has not yet been released. Roadways reopened around 10:!5 a.m.
