Pedestrian Hit by Car in San Marcos Intersection, Badly Hurt ...Middle East

The accident happened at Rancho Santa Fe Road and San Marcos Boulevard at about 6:30 a.m., according to the San Diego County Sheriff’s Office. Paramedics took the victim to a hospital for treatment of serious injuries, Lt. David Chandroo said. It was not immediately clear who was at fault in the incident.
