French Open is one of the most prestigious tennis tournaments in the world, attracting top players from around the globe. Novak Djokovic, a Serbian tennis sensation, recently showcased his incredible skill and determination by rallying for his latest win at this esteemed event.

Novak Djokovic's bid for a 25th Grand Slam briefly hung by a thread on a cold and damp Saturday night at Roland Garros but the Serbian battled back for a 7-5 6-7(6) 2-6 6-3 6-0 win over Lorenzo Musetti in the latest ever French Open finish.
Djokovic briefly looked as if he might be unable to recover against Musetti but instead ran away with the final two sets and now will continue his bid for a record 25th Grand Slam title and fourth at Roland Garros.
“I was in real trouble and credit to Lorenzo for making me uncomfortable on the court and playing some really amazing tennis. Very high level. At one point, I didn’t know, really, what to do,” the 37-year-old Djokovic said. “It didn’t feel great playing him that third set and the beginning of the fourth.”
The world number one lowered his head and gasped for air following that lengthy rally, but was soon in cruise control in the second set with a spectacular drop that gave him a 3-1 lead.
Musetti, though, broke back and drew level at 4-4 before saving a set point in a high-quality tiebreak to level the match.
Djokovic needs to at least reach the final to have a chance of preventing another Italian, Jannik Sinner, from ascending to world No. 1 after Roland Garros. Djokovic, the all-time men’s leader with 24 Grand Slam titles, lost to eventual champ Sinner in the Australian Open semifinals.
Machac, who beat Djokovic last week in the Geneva Open semifinals, then removed them for the second set.
There was an unusual moment late in the match when chair umpire Damien Dumusois collected a pigeon that fell onto the court.
