Food safety violations detected in Umm Slal ...Qatar

The Health Control Department in Umm Slal Municipality carried out during November 1,300 inspections, during which five violating food establishments were closed. While 4,709 slaughtered animal carcasses were examined, five were fully and 796 partially destroyed for being unfit for human consumption.
