David W. Kieffer, 70 of Fostoria, Ohio, passed away Wednesday, October 18, 2023, at The James Cancer Center Hospital at the Ohio State University. He was born August 4, 1953 in Findlay, Ohio to Alva and Iva P. (Kreais) Kieffer. David, or “Dave” graduated from Elmwood High School in 1972 and went on to serve the Fostoria Kroger as a loyal employee and head of the frozen food department for 46 years. He grew up as a member of the St. Wendelin Catholic Church, and was a kind, caring friend to so many.
