A Northwood man has been indicted for rape and a Toledo woman has been indicted for aggravated burglary. Both are first-degree felonies. A Wood County grand jury on Wednesday indicted Raul Alex Jaso, 34, Northwood, for rape. On Aug. 14, he allegedly engaged in sexual conduct with a woman after compelling her to submit by force or threat of force. The grand jury indicted Amanda Simpson, 34, Toledo, for aggravated burglary and felonious assault, which is a second-degree felony.
