Since 1990, model and actor Pamela Anderson has been making headlines for her legendary looks. And now in the last few years, the model and actor has made headlines for her jaw-dropping “no makeup” looks. And most recently, she stunned all of us with her new ‘do. Now, we’re dying to style our hair like Pamela.
We spoke with celebrity hair stylist Angela Calisti, who’s styled major Hollywood stars like Sophia Richie, Bella Thorne, Olivia Culpo and more. She tells us that although the haircut itself requires regular trims, styling it daily is pretty simple.
“Pamela’s transformation is daring, chic, and modern,” Calisti says. “This sharp, chin-length bob with micro bangs breaks away from her iconic sexy beachy waves.”
Going Under the (Scissors): Getting Pamela Anderson’s New Hair Cut
Calisti says Pamela’s new hair style is like “a power suit for your face.” While you likely aren’t going to be doing this yourself — and should definitely show your stylist a picture for reference, she explains how she’d go about doing it.
“I’d start by cutting the bob just below the chin, slightly angled to give softness around the jawline. I’d use a feather razor or texture scissors to texturize the micro fringe for softness,” she explains. “[For upkeep], short haircuts like this require a trim every 4–5 weeks. I’d also recommend a monthly gloss or clear gloss treatment to keep it looking rich and smooth.”

5 Steps to Keep Your New Bob Looking Fab
1. Rest and Relax: Keep the frizz at bay by massaging Virtue Labs Repair & De-Frizz Duo into your lusciously short locks.
“With short hair texture is everything,” Calisti explains. “It’s gentle, adds shine, and leaves the hair [calm].”
2. Protection is Key: Next, you’ll want to evenly work in Color Wow Dreamcoat. Brush it out from the middle of your strands to the ends, to make sure your hair is moisturized and soft.
“This acts like a raincoat for your hair,” she says. “I love it on bobs because it keeps the strands sleek and frizz-free
3. Style It: Unless you have a good hair day everyday, styling a short ‘do without heat is tricky. That’s why Calisti recommends using Olivia Garden Ceramic / Ion Round Brush (1.75”) and a blow drier or blowout brush.
“Use these tools to smooth the ends and slightly flip them under or out depending on the vibe,” Calisti tells Us Weekly. “For the bangs, I recommend using a mini flat iron
4. Add Body: Nobody wants flat hair… that’s why you’ll want to spray in a generous amount of Living Proof, The Perfect Hair Day Dry Shampoo next. It’s a dry shampoo that actually cleans your hair!
“I spray this lightly at the roots to give a bit of movement and volume,” she adds.
5. Shine, Baby: Finally, work in a drop of Kérastase Elixir Ultime Oil, starting from the top, and working down to the ends.
“Just a drop to define the ends and add a healthy shine,” Calisti says.
