NORTH BALTIMORE — North Baltimore is set to play the football season in a new stadium and are now members of the Northwest Central Conference after going 2-8 last season while not playing in a conference. Freshman Luke Long will be behind center for the Tigers. Long is a young player that coach Wade Ishmael sees as someone who can do the right things to win games. “We have a new quarterback as a freshman.
