To bring in some semblance of unity, the Congress high command on September 4 replaced Haryana chief Ashok Tanwar and legislature party leader Kiran Choudhry with former Union minister Selja and former CM Bhupinder Singh Hooda, respectively. The move came after Hooda had raised a banner of revolt against the party. Meanwhile Tanwar is unhappy with the ouster.
