Four children were killed on Monday when a mine and explosives left inside an abandoned apartment went off in a rebel-held town in northern Syria, an opposition war monitor and a paramedic group said. The opposition’s Syrian Civil Defense, also known as White Helmets, said the brothers were killed instantly by the blasts in the town of Binnish, and their bodies were taken to a nearby morgue. It gave no further details. Four children who are all siblings were killed in a mine blast inside the house they were living in, in rebel-held north Syria, a relative told @AFP.
