FBI agents have been using photos of female staffers in undercover sex trafficking operations, including one time without written permission, the Department of Justice’s inspector general has said. DOJ Inspector General Michael Horowitz has expressed concern over the strategy employed by FBI agents which uses support staff employees to pose as minors or sex workers in online stings.
