TDS rate for non-salaried payments cut by 25% ...Middle East

Finance minister Nirmala Sitharaman on Wednesday announced a 25 per cent reduction in TDS (tax deducted at soources) and TCS (tax collected at source) rate for the current financial year. This will release liquidity worth Rs 50,000 crore.
