Health Ministry: 59 new coronavirus cases recorded, 77 cases recover, 5 pass away ...Syria

Damascus, SANA- Health Ministry announced that 59 new coronavirus cases were registered in the country, and that 77 patients infected with the virus have recovered while 5 others have passed away. In a statement on Friday evening, the Ministry said that the total number of Coronavirus cases in the country climbed to 13944 of which 7406 cases recovered and 911 passed away. The first Coronavirus case registered in Syria was reported on March 22nd last year and the first fatality from the virus was recorded seven days later. Baraa Ali / Mazen Eyon
