A motorcyclist was injured Tuesday night in a Denver hit-and-run that temporarily shut down multiple lanes of southbound Interstate 25, police said.
The Denver Police Department first posted about the crash, which happened on southbound I-25 near Sixth Avenue, on X at 9:20 p.m. Tuesday.
Police said two vehicles were involved in the crash — the motorcycle and an unidentified car — and the motorcyclist suffered “serious bodily injury.”

The cause of the crash remains under investigation, police said.
