The change stems from the end of a 13-year partnership between JetBlue and Hawaiian Airlines.

The two carriers first teamed up in 2012, offering travelers the ability to earn and redeem JetBlue TrueBlue points on Hawaiian Airlines flights.

Now, that deal is ending.

“We wanted to let you know that our loyalty partnership with Hawaiian Airlines will be coming to an end,” JetBlue announced in a notice to customers.

The final day to book Hawaiian-operated flights using or earning JetBlue points is September 30, 2025.

However, travel on those bookings must be completed by March 31, 2026.

JetBlue was the only partner airline allowing customers to both airline allowing customers to both earn and redeem points on Hawaiian Airlines’ mainland and Pacific routes.

That will no longer be the case moving forward.

Retroactive claims to earn TrueBlue points on past Hawaiian flights also have a hard deadline of March 31, 2026.

The now-ending partnership let passengers connect JetBlue’s US domestic routes with Hawaiian’s transpacific and inter-island flights.

JetBlue’s site previously highlighted the deal, saying it let travelers access over 30 destinations via Hawaiian Airlines.

It’s unclear whether JetBlue plans to launch a replacement partnership.

For now, the airline is advising travelers to act fast if they want to keep their rewards.

HawaiianMiles members are also affected.
