Phoenix Mercury forward Satou Sabally on Monday was named a starter for the 2025 WNBA All-Star Game on July 19.
The nod marks her third All-Star selection (2021, 2023, 2025) and second as a starter (2023, 2025).
Across 17 games played this season, the 6-foot-4 forward is averaging a career high 19.1 points per game on 39.3% shooting and 30.5% from long range. She’s chipped in eight rebounds, 2.6 assists and 1.4 rebounds per game.
Sabally leads the league with 13 games of at least 15 points and five rebounds and is third for 20-point outings with nine.

How are WNBA All-Star Game starters decided?
All-Star starters are determined by polling fans, current players and a media panel. Fans make up 50% of the vote, while players and media take up 25% each.
Reserves for the game are selected by WNBA head coaches. They will be announced this Sunday.
The league’s top two votegetters Clark and Collier will serve as captains for their respective teams and draft from the eight remaining starters and 12 reserves. Rosters will be announced July 8.
