Derek Chisora revealed to talkSPORT that he rejected a fight with Moses Itauma for his final professional bow.
49-fight (36-13) veteran Chisora is due to hang up his gloves at the half-century mark, and is currently on the lookout for the right opponent to close out his career against.

Dillian Whyte and Joseph Parker have been mentioned as potential dance partners for the British icon.
But the 41-year-old reveals that he received an offer to fight up-and-coming star Moses Itauma in August, which he subsequently turned down upon hearing about the money on the table.
“They offered me to fight Moses Itauma in Saudi Arabia, I said ‘how much?’ they said two million, I said ‘Nah, I’m out,” he told talkSPORT Fight Night over the weekend.
While Chisora rejected the domestic dust-up with Itauma, his old foe, Whyte, accepted the challenge.
The Brits are set to square off on August 16 in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and Chisora is giving Whyte little to no chance of pulling off the victory.
“I tell you right now, somebody needs to call the police and get someone arrested for attempted murder, whoever made that fight happen,” said Chisora.
“That is not the right fight for Dillian right now.
“We need to decide who is going to prison when Dillian gets battered badly.
“Either George or Frank Warren, one of them, has to go to jail.”
Whyte will box Itauma after Chisora rejected the offerDave Thompson/MatchroomChisora cemented his position as IBF mandatory earlier this year by beating Otto Wallin in an eliminator bout.
WBO interim champion Parker is next up in the sanctioning body rotation system, meaning Chisora may have to wait until the second half of 2026 for his shot at world heavyweight gold.
However, the rugged veteran is hoping the belts will fragment after Oleksandr Usyk and Daniel Dubois‘ undisputed clash on July 19, allowing Parker and himself to duke it out for a third time in a fight with massive implications.
“I am the IBF mandatory; I secured my position. I had to go to New York to get my position.
“The IBF president said, ‘Derek, your position is secure, do not worry about it’.
“I’d be happy if Usyk or Daniel drop the WBO and IBF and then me and Joseph tear up each other for it.
Chisora wants to box Parker nextGETTY“That’s the plan, but you never know what happens with the promoters.
“They might be upset because I come up with this plan, and then they want to derail, but that is the plan.”
